The Victory is a large open hall situated in Roach
There are onsite bar facilities and a large open hall with tables and chairs and a large stage, outside catering would be required and pretty much blank canvass to transform the hall to your own theme. Due to the expanse and acoustics of the room a large power PA system is required with a good light show, otherwise would get lost in the expanse.
